Step 5: Submit your last four digits of SSN, last name, and date of birth in the respective columns. Then, click NEXT STEP.
Step 6: Create your username and password and submit your email address.
After entering all the required information, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Click the link to activate your account and you have registered to UHCExchangeBilling bill pay.
